RIGID COLLECTING CRADLE
It is made of electrowelded sections, covered inside with rubber or plastic material. A pneumatic bars alignment device allows the packing of well aligned bars groups.
BELTS COLLECTING CRADLES
It is made of pitch elements which support mobile belts, whose functioning depends on an automatic braking asynchronous geared motor. A level sensor starts the engine that releases the belt of each gathered bars layer. In this way the fall jump is highly reduced, and consequently it is reduced also the noise made by two bars that hit each other.
