Double tilting pay off group

It has been studied to cut most of dead time between the end of one coil and the start of the next one.

For that purpose it is equipped with a platform that can rotate at 360° by means of a hydraulic motor gear.

Two fuses are assembled on the platform so that when one is in its paying-off position, its twin is in the loading position.

The fuses can tilt by means of a hydraulic cylinder. According to the different working requirements, the groups can be supplied in different solutions:

- Free turning fuse, with pneumatic brake
- Motor driven fuse, in order to absorb the starting shock
- Paying-off from the top, in order to avoid jamming of smaller wires at high speed

Also available single-tilting fuses on trolley, with emergency stop device.
